Hahas... It seems like it has become a trend for me to update my dead blog every 6mths.. Laziness is the biggest Factor i would say!..

Let's Summarise the things happened in the past 6 mths, the old saying: there are ups and downs in life.

The Up(s): =)
FEB:
*I managed to graduate from my 3 years optometrist course in SP! Many Cheers!

MARCH:
*As a form of celebration, we planned a 2 weeks trip to Taiwan! It was fun though many things cropped up while planning for it but who cares cos the final result was a great! lols

APRIL:
*Managed to find myself a job and that's when i really step into the society and I started working as a part time first. Well, at least it allows me to earn a living and of cos save more money for coming trip!

MAY:
*Before my job tied me down, I free myself and make MAY a month for Newzealand! =) 26 Days in NZ and there is where I tasted freedom! NZ is an eye opener for me, is a nature paradise! It clearly let me visualise how big the world, the sky is, rainbow changes their position together when the earth spins, one starts fading away and the other starts to appear, amazingly lovely. When mountains and cottages were viewed from the lake, they look like the art piece in the art gallery, so fake yet it's natural and real... and their living pace is what I longed for... seeing old couples taking a stroll at the beach hand in hand, having a picnic by the lake side, walking down streets after streets together, perhaps this is what we call love, Something that cannot be seen but feel with our heart.
If i ever have a chance, i would want to live that simple =) go horse trekking everyday, stroll down the beach enjoying the sunrise and sunset, picnic by the lake side enjoying the scenery...

JUNE:
* slowly spend 2 weeks to re-adapt to living pace in Sg... reminiscing the days i spend in NZ... Missing them!

The Down(s)
JULY:
* Another working month, seeing many typical singaporean customers. (unreasonable, want cheap and gd quality lens and frames, wants free gifts, asking for more discounts on discounted frames and lenses! making a big fuss when we says we cannot dispense contact lens over the counter without checking ur eyehealth. Shouting and scolding me; this is what the bloody bitch says: that girl very wad lei, tell her i wan buy contact lenses le loh still say wan to check my eyes, cheCK, CHECK CHECK, cant see i have to handle so many kids whr got time, so ma fan !!! Still, have to put on a smile regardless of how frustrated and angry I am inside)

AUGUST:
* Heart breaking, tears filled our eyes... It was Another separation which lasts forever..... Grandpa passed away (1 year 2 mths+ after grandma passed away)
In fact, when someone leaves for another world, they leave nothing behind. the only things they left for us were memories. =''( I truly misses them, every now and then... but i am always thankful that at least i have them for the past 20 years... I always feel blissful to have u both as my grandparents. appreciate all the things ur did for us...

Time really flies, yesterday was the last day of school. went through a series of photo taking session, took lots of photos which were ready to be kept as memories.

FYP.SHOPPING.SINGING.

Yesterday: Friday. 13 feb 2010
FYP ~Started my day with FYP, never did i expect it to be a long one. Reached school library at around 11.30AM and leave school library at 5.30PM. A full six hours spended on FYP!!!

SHOPPING ~Setting FYP aside! I went shopping with PY and ZW, meet them at far east first and then walked to orhard 313 for more shopping!! hahax. Waving them goodbye, i went off to meet my sis and pam at PS for dinner and more shopping =D and Finally i managed to buy some clothes for CNY, YEAH/CHEERS!

SINGING ~ Done with the shopping, we rushed off to chinatown for K. haha... The moment i reached chinatown, i was like WOW.WOW The crowd make u cant breath properly! It is like Super Doper Packed!!! it took us quite long to get through the crowd, fortunately we are not late hah. sis fren, PL was suppose meet us at the K at 10 but she was lost in the crowd lol, in the end pam went out to look for her! aha... We left the place at around 1 plus and chinatown was still so happening, cant imagine!
Headed to clark quey for the Night Rider bus home, tot the bus would bring us to CP but tt wasn't the case! OHNO, in the end we got to walk for a distance of 5 bus stop be4 reachin hm. LOL Wad a Night Walk...

Alright, all of a sudden just feel like blogging again. =D

Seriously having the so called "Graduating Syndrome!"
Great news: Competancy test is finally over! (phew)
Now left with fyp presentation and after this I will be FREE!
After graduating; a new chapter in life begins... (working life)... hopefully i can adapt to it fast, guess i need to...
Seating on the fence again! (working? studying?) indecisive.
Growing up means more responsibilities, more decision making, more troubles, more wrinkles,?!?!? I hate making decision! especially when it is a in btw kind of situation. Am i making things complicated... when i always wants to keep it SIMPLE...

I hope to leave my footprints all over the world! creating unforgettable memories...

just like how TWEETY leaves its footprint in my heart LOL!!!

Alright. 'Mollie' bing is kind of HIGH now becos she Finally Owned a DS! lolx but too bad i just cant share the same feelin as her haha. oh yar becos yin and her shared to pay for the DS so they noted that i CANT play since i nvr pay (eh eh eh but u all like nvr tell me abt the sharing lei? or isit tt i forget?). they even said that they want to set password so that i cant access! (but their laughter tell me that they are jokin!-lol hopefully they are haha)

todae dinner was sort of 'LIKE' a weird-combi, steamboat and porridge! lol the best part i like abt the steamboat is:
1) salmon! - haha i can choose to cook it well done, 1/2, 1/3 cooked or eat it raw? sashimi!!! (but no lah dad say better don eat it raw cos it might not be properly done for sashimi)
2) cod fish!
anyway, during dinner dad said tt bing actually loaded MR BEAN'S HOLIDAE on youtube yesterdae and asked him to watch with her. (wad a joke!) Excuses me; bing, how many freaking times do u wan to repeat tt movie??... wad a die hard fan for Mr bean!! (no wonder u urself look like one comedian character! LOL =D) Infact, 2 to 3 years back, the both of us actually went to watch this movie twice lor, haven't u had enuf of the movie ?? hahah (ops, while she remind me how funni the movie is, somehow i feel like watchin again! stop influencing me LOL)

And now, sharing the same com table with bing, she seat besides me and she is trying to be funni again! (she keep using her tanned leg to tickle my leg -.-, wad u doin? tryin to seduce me isit?) so entertaining yet irritating at times! haha! had to say u really very gao xiao!! really FUNNY at tyms! sayin abt funni things, it remind me of one funny joke she told me. haha shall share it with frens one dae!!!

Being an optometrist is not wad i reali wanted tho, my dream is to go ard the world to save endangered animals eg is PANDAS, BLUE WHALE is largest animal that ever lives on earth... (tt's why i love animal documentary!!!) but tt means i have to be a vet lst? alamak wrong course ! (wad a joke. optometrist course is not i choose de, must stress this again lol)

Anyway, m*ria dae cant be fri anymore since sch reopened le, means wad; mondae i got to wake up early to do all the chores?(sat: bing's m*ria dae, sun: yin's m*ria dae- rolled eyes, outcast me to weekdae?) luckily mon gt tym for me to do my chores since onli got one 2 hrs lesson frm 3 to 5 sian lor! -.-

Reluctant to face it:
1) FYP AND CLINIC u both don rocks man, all the stressful daes are awaiting for me..
2) My weight!- i think my weight have been increasin since i come back frm india? have been eatin like nobody business! yin bought tibits again, so tempting lol

Oh no, i think i am suffering from Short Term Memory (STM), guess my memory space is too small to store so much infos. I actually forget what I have done 2 days ago untill riz1 told me or sort of remind me. Only till den i realised it... oh gosh, how bad can it be... Another thing to add on, i have to admit that my brain register things/infos much slower nowadays (imagining: my brain shrinking @.@ ).
what's wrong man... is it clinic that is taking up all my memory space. (draining all my brain juices?!?) @.@

Went out on FRI afternoon, First was to chinatown to collect some stuffs and then meet siong to accompany her to do some shopping for clothes since she needed them for her coming admin job on Mon... anyway i met her late tt dae, by the tym i reached she had already done all her shopping! ha, sort of lah, cos she onli like went to one particular shop and buy 3 top and one pant (i guess) all at one go...

Went out Again on SAT evening with 3 of my besties; Ps, siong and leen.. heh, we went to ajisen for our dinner, I had curry ramen, yea it was nice but i think somehow i got choke by the curry and it was like burning hot in my throat(ai yoo)... xp i didn't order the set meal, jus ordered the ramen and share a side dish(dumpling) with ps. (ps says everytym got dumpling i will sure order de... lol have meh? maybe i jus happen to order when u are dere. haha)CURRY RAMEN!

well, after dinner we went to orhard central and the newly opened ION - all branded things i sld say... there is where i saw the crystal phone... must start saving money for tt !!
after that, went to upper serangoon to meet my ex-cvss classmates dere , our meeting place was one of the pub there (surprisingly there is a pub dere Lol..) As usual, i didn't drink ha, only ordered a mocktail (honey, milk and Orange juice) quite nice tho... anyway the pub closes at 2 AM so we left and went to mac instead. we walk like almost 1 hr before reachin kovan 24-hr Mac, it was tiring but I had fun chatting all the way dere... we stayed dere till 6 plus in the morning, (we chat all the way lol of cos i yawn many tyms haha) It was great to spend tym with them jus to gather and chat, really enjoyed it.

MARRIAGE

When I got home that night as my wife served dinner, I held her hand and said, I've got something to tell you. She sat down and ate quietly. Again I observed the hurt in her eyes.

Suddenly I didn't know how to open my mouth. But I had to let her know what I was thinking. I want a divorce. I raised the topic calmly.

She didn't seem to be annoyed by my words, instead she asked me softly, why?
I avoided her question. This made her angry. She threw away the chopsticks and shouted at me, you are not a man! That night, we didn't talk to each other. She was weeping. I knew she wanted to find out what had happened to our marriage. But I could hardly give her a satisfactory answer; she had lost my heart to Dew. I didn't love her anymore. I just pitied her!

With a deep sense of guilt, I drafted a divorce agreement which stated that she could own our house, our car, and 30% stake of my company.

She glanced at it and then tore it into pieces. The woman who had spent ten years of her life with me had become a stranger. I felt sorry for her wasted time, resources and energy but I could not take back what I had said for I loved Dew so dearly. Finally she cried loudly in front of me, which was what I had expected to see. To me her cry was actually a kind of release. The idea of divorce which had obsessed me for several weeks seemed to be firmer and clearer now.

The next day, I came back home very late and found her writing something at the table. I didn't have supper but went straight to sleep and fell asleep very fast because I was tired after an eventful day with Dew.

When I woke up, she was still there at the table writing. I just did not care so I turned over and was asleep again.

In the morning she presented her divorce conditions: she didn't want anything from me, but needed a month's notice before th e divorce.
She requested that in that one month we both struggle to live as normal a life as possible. Her reasons were simple: our son had his exams in a month's time and she didn't want to disrupt him with our broken marriage.

This was agreeable to me. But she had something more, she asked me to recall how I had carried her into out bridal room on our wedding day.

She requested that everyday for the month's duration I carry her out of our bedroom to the front door every morning. I thought she was going crazy. Just to make our last days together bearable I accepted her odd request.

I told Dew about my wife's divorce conditions... She laughed loudly and thought it was absurd. No matter what tricks she applies, she has to face the divorce, she said scornfully.

My wife and I hadn't had any body contact since my divorce intention was explicitly expressed. So when I carried her out on the first day, we both appeared clumsy. Our son clapped behind us, daddy is holding mummy in his arms. His words brought me a sense of pain. From the bedroom to the si tting room, then to the door, I walked over ten meters with her in my arms. She closed her eyes and said softly; don't tell our son about the divorce. I nodded, feeling somewhat upset. I put her down outside the door. She went to wait for the bus to work. I drove alone to the office.

On the second day, both of us acted much more easily. She leaned on my chest. I could smell the fragrance of her blouse. I realized that I hadn't looked at this woman carefully for a long time.. I realized she was not young any more. There were fine wrinkles on her face, her hair was graying! Our marriage had taken its toll on her. For a minute I wondered what I had done to her.

On the fourth day, when I lifted her up, I felt a sense of intimacy returning. This was the woman who had given ten years of her life to me.

On the fifth and sixth day, I realized that our sense of intimacy was growing again. I didn't tell Dew about this. It became easier to carry her as the month slipped by. Perhaps the everyday workout made me stronger.

She was choosing what to wear one morning. She tried on quite a few dresses but could not find a suitable one. Then she sighed, all my dresses have grown bigger. I suddenly realized that she had grown so thin, that was the reason why I could carry her more easily.

Suddenly it hit me... she had buried so much pain and bitterness in her heart. Subconsciously I reached out and touched her head.

Our son came in at the moment and said, Dad, it's time to carry mum out. To him, seeing his father carrying his mother out had become an essential part of his life. My wife gestured to our son to come closer and hugged him tightly. I turned my face away because I was afraid I might change my mind at this last minute. I then held her in my arms, walking from the bedroom, through the sitting room, to the hallway. Her hand surrounded my neck softly and naturally. I held her body tightly; it was just like our wedding day.

But her much lighter weight made me sad. On the last day, when I held her in my arms I could hardly move a step. Our son had gone to school. I held her tightly and said, I hadn't noticed that our life lacked intimacy.

I drove to office.... jumped out of the car swiftly without locking the door. I was afraid any delay would make me change my mind... I walked upstairs. Dew opened the door and I said to her, Sorry, Dew, I do not want the divorce anymore.

She looked at me, astonished, and then touched my forehead. Do you have a fever? She said. I moved her hand off my head. Sorry, Dew, I said, I won't divorce. My marriage life was boring probably because she and I didn't value the details of our lives, not because we didn't love each other any more. Now I realize that since I carried her into my home on our wedding day I am supposed to hold her until death do us apart.

Dew seemed to suddenly wake up. She gave me a loud slap and then slammed the door and burst into tears. I walked downstairs and drove away.

At the floral shop on the way, I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my wife. The salesgirl asked me what to write on the card. I smiled and w rote, I'll carry you out every morning until death do us apart.

That evening I arrived home, flowers in my hands, a smile on my face, I run up stairs, only to find my wife in the bed - dead. Her heart had finally broke down...

The small details of your lives are what really matter in a relationship. It is not the mansion, the car, property, the money in the bank, blah..blah..blah. These create an environment conducive for happiness but cannot give happiness in themselves. So find time to be your spouse's friend and do those little things for each other that build intimacy. Do have a real happy marriage!

I believe some of you may have came across this article before.

Along our journey, the weariness and monotony of life takes its toll on us, such that we tend to overlook seemingly mundane matters, taking advantage of our current situation and circumstances.

In anything we do, have the conviction to be right here right now, lest our thoughts wander to the fearful future and the painful past...

MST is just around the corner...
(yet to finish studying)

Recently, 'mollie' bing get herself so tanned that i got a shocked, oh yar she claims that she look like chocolate.(LOL)
so i told her that she can actually join the cadbury family.
( if you did watch one of the cadbury advertisment, in the advertisment,
all the character just look as tanned as her!)
Oh, she noted that it was not up to her to choose, it was due to band which requires them to march under the hot sun. Luciky the marching session is over if not she can upgrade herself and become a dark chocolate! Ha.
ahh just remembered, abt a month ago i made a careless mistake which
gave her a good chance to have a great laugh at me.
here it goes... tt dae i wanted to say wa packed like SARDINES but not sure why the word sardines just seems to slip off my mind and in turn it became TUNA... And there she goes: "LOL.LOL, HAHA packed like TUNA, PAcked like TUNA, i learned a new idiom from my sister todae" -.- At first i didn't even realize i said the wrong word hahah...

Knowing very well that i should concentrate and study for mst, but still, so distracted.
Firstly, it's all the drama shows afterwhich comes the game in 'mollie' bing's hp, namely quadrapop heh.. nice game...
kind of into the game cos i wan to break her high scores hah... =)

Last tues, went out with py and janice to shop for presents...
hmm, We had our dinner at ps' foodcourt and then swensens for supper.
(kind of break my own rule for not eating after 8)
I order a single scoop ice-cream and fries!! love swensens de fries. one word - NICE! muahah
By the way, janice commented that i was 'old fashion' (hah) cos i rather take public transport than learn driving. uh erm, jus becos i got no interest in learning driving... -.- oh yar, aso becos i prefered chatting with friends in person den using msn so she commented 'old fashion' again, lol.
ok lor, all i can say is individual preferences(coded frm noraini) hah.

Anyway, my fav watch has stop working(so sad). At first i thought it was due to the battery, so as long as i get the battery changed it will start working again but that wasn't the case... don care, must get it repair asap! There are so many things which i wanted to get but then my fianicial status just doesn't allow me to do that... (saded)

OH. Where should i even begin man. ehhh. ?!

hais, wad's with the no exam but alot(x2) of projects that have to be done. Well, i used to think it's great that there's no exams (cool ;p). cos NO EXAM. NO STUDY = SLACK (muahaha!) Now, all i can say is DREAM ON! Beside being stressed up about the projects(suffocating!), mst(don't know wad to study), clinic was another thing.

hahax.. seems that it had been quite long since i last blog. well kind of busy for the past one month plus plus... lst was busy with new year and after new year, i am SUPER DOPER BUSY with all the tests and exams... it jus seems like a marathon... TESTS and EXAMS kind of MARATHON(last for almost a month). Experiencing it like twice a year (for both semester) GOT TO STOP!. EVER since YR one... @.@ Alright, let me list down all the stressful testss and examss... here it goes...

At first i am like PHEW, only 3 examinable module, ai ya when i get to know that there is so many freaking tests & prac tests, I jus wanna SAY : give me a BREAK MAN (haha. KL & PY does that sounds familiar)!! well if there is a study break perphaps it is still manageable (haiz...) but for all the tests, practically we jus got no tym to study. Well, morning/afternoon we will be having lessons, so we can only study at night... haha me studyin at night will be like tis (-.-)zZZzz especially when u open up ur notes and try to study (-.-Zzzz...)
Anyway. after ocular patho paper which ended at 8.10PM, (paper starts frm 6PM - 8.10PM) late ryte). YALAH, people all having dinner, watching tv show, there we are seating in the exam room doin the paper. (wad a wrong timing..) ops ha. back to topic, after that we (PY and FRENS and me) went to compasspoint to have sub-way(YEA) as our dinner/maybe supper for me (*my dinner tym: 6PM hahas..)

well, I don usually celebrate x'mas and todae doesn't seems like x'mas to me too (don have the xmas feel;weirdo)! heh. 'mollie' bing kind of enjoy celebrating xmas, but she also says that todae don't have the xmas atmosphere. hah.

oh YAR, I finished watchin Iljimea online... ohh no0! i am so over 李准基... He is jus so PRETTY and cool. why is he so pretty(a HE being pretty is kind of contradicting eh!) , perphaps prettier than a girl... hah. anyw he is COOL in that show!!! MUST RMB to WATCH!!!

Just last sun, celebrated ah ma(father's mum) b'dae. b'dae means tym for everyone to gather and have FUN! muahaha...

Yesterdae went to grandma(mother's mum) hse to celebrate grandpa's 84 yrs old b'dae!!! (woohoo!!!) hahx of cos got nice food, tym to EAT!!! (YUMYUM) ...

HAHA, new light bulb for living room and study room! hmm, i guess it all started with the light bulb in the study room. oh oh...must be me, too hardworking, keep studyin(lols JK) and there the light bulb goes, flickering non-stop!! and here comes the crappin / lame 'mollie' bing, when she switched on the light and saw it flickering, she pop her head out to the living room and say da jie, see got lightning in the room! Hello, 'moliie' bing(so funny arh), u think wad, dere is some sort of thunderstorm going on inside the room (-.-)??ha... it's lame but ops i laughed (LOLx)
Oki, so tat dae, my parent asked me along to IKEA ha but i didn't tag along, cos MST jus ended so want to slack at home! (well let them have a gd date at IKEA den hah..),
anyway, i realised my father actually bought the orangy type of light. hmm, what's with the romatic orangy light Wa why so romantic arh.eh does tt sounds familar to class 05? (mrs tan lili).. (o.0?) well, got to get new bulb again ! hah!!

(WOOHOO!!)
It has been like two years plus ago since i last update my blog(hahh). i still rmb my last post was abt sec 4 graduation ceremony and it's in the frenster's blog. but now, i've created a new blog. well, it took me so long to know how to use this BLOG!, the process of learning was tiring(ARGH!). and GUESS wad, i still do not noe exactly how to use yet(-.-), still learnin!!!
oh YAR thanks ! to Pei Yu cause she teached me alot. Phew! kind of thankful that she did not lose her patient=) but who noes she has been scoldin me in her heart! (Laughs) beware PY, more questions are coming up hah.
Anyway, i must admit that i am not good or in fact totally do not noe how to use this BLOG!!!... NVM, wait till i learn every functions of this BLOG! (MUahaha!) but before tt MS PY, u got to teach me! (hEE) as u can see, my blog is only halfway done, (HAH) tag board not even up yet...LALA...
